Overview

All products sold on Eighteen Questions are digital downloads — PDF files and PowerPoint presentations delivered as a ZIP archive immediately after payment is confirmed. Because the files are available to you the moment your purchase is complete, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds. However, we stand behind every product and will always make it right if something is wrong.

Our Promise: We Will Replace It

If your download has a problem, we will send you a corrected or replacement file. We will always do this if:

  • The file you received is corrupted or cannot be opened
  • The files delivered do not match the product description (e.g. wrong topic, wrong format)
  • A technical error resulted in a duplicate charge
  • You were charged but did not receive a download link

Contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly — usually within 2 business days.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement for a failure, and to a refund in cases of a major failure that cannot be remedied by replacement.

What We Cannot Refund or Replace

  • Change of mind after the download link has been accessed
  • Incompatibility with software other than standard PDF readers or Microsoft PowerPoint / Google Slides
  • Printing costs incurred by you
  • Purchases where the product description was accurately displayed at the time of purchase
